Do you take small repair jobs?
No. We focus on full basement finishing, commercial drywall and framing, tenant improvements, whole-house installations and larger residential renovations. We do not schedule patch-only visits or isolated small repairs.
What should I include in my estimate request?
Tell us the project type, approximate square footage, budget range and desired start date. Let us know whether drawings are available and describe the complete scope so we can review whether the project is a fit.
Is there a minimum project size?
Minimum project requirements depend on scope. Use the Message field to describe the complete work, including the approximate size and timing. We will review the project before discussing an estimate.
Can framing, drywall and painting be coordinated?
Yes. We can review those services together within a larger project, along with the finish carpentry and other coordination needed for the agreed scope.
