Drywall replacement for major renovations

For walls and ceilings that need substantial renewal, we integrate drywall replacement into larger residential and commercial renovations. We do not take patch-only visits, isolated holes or other small repair jobs.

Renew walls as part of a complete project

When a substantial remodel calls for opening walls, replacing broad areas of drywall or revising the layout, those changes should be planned together. We assess the affected surfaces within the overall construction scope.

  • Large-area drywall replacement
  • Wall changes during major remodeling
  • Commercial and whole-home renovation scopes

Prepare for a consistent result

Replacement board needs to meet the surrounding work cleanly. We coordinate the installation, joints and finish preparation across the affected areas so they are ready for the agreed final coating.

  • Replacement board installation
  • Taping and surface finishing
  • Paint preparation across renovated areas

Resolve the cause before closing the wall

Where damage is related to a leak or another underlying issue, that issue needs to be addressed before new finishes go in. We review access and project readiness as part of estimating the larger renovation.

  • Condition and scope review
  • Coordination with the relevant trades
  • Substantial projects only; no patch-only work

A bigger project starts with a clear plan.

Share the scope, approximate size and timing. We will review the work and help you understand the next step.

From your first plans to the final walkthrough

We review the entire project before defining the installation and finishing work. A clear scope gives everyone a practical starting point.

01 / Scope review

Share the plans, approximate size, budget and target dates so we can assess the work.

02 / Coordinated work

Agree on the scope and sequence, then coordinate installation and finishing around the project.

03 / Finish & review

Review the completed scope, finishing details and cleanup before closing out the project.

Frequently asked questions

Do you take small repair jobs?

No. We focus on full basement finishing, commercial drywall and framing, tenant improvements, whole-house installations and larger residential renovations. We do not schedule patch-only visits or isolated small repairs.

What should I include in my estimate request?

Tell us the project type, approximate square footage, budget range and desired start date. Let us know whether drawings are available and describe the complete scope so we can review whether the project is a fit.

Is there a minimum project size?

Minimum project requirements depend on scope. Use the Message field to describe the complete work, including the approximate size and timing. We will review the project before discussing an estimate.

Can framing, drywall and painting be coordinated?

Yes. We can review those services together within a larger project, along with the finish carpentry and other coordination needed for the agreed scope.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve St. Louis and surrounding communities, including Chesterfield, St. Peters, University City, Maryland Heights, Weldon Spring and Creve Coeur. Include the project location in your inquiry so we can confirm coverage and scheduling.
